We provide adult in-home help caregiver services to individuals who need assistance with meeting the activities of daily living. By providing services like transportation to appointments; housekeeping chores; meal planning (preparation); support personal hygiene; dispense medication; bill preparation; laundry service; dish washing etc.
Ideally, the objective of LIL is to deliver and provide a mere stress-free day-to-day living opportunity.
Dr. Stephanie Abernathy-Lane, MBA, MHSA significance as an Adult Home Help Agency and founder of Living an Independent Lifestyle LIL, LLC established her interest in the field of healthcare with comprehensive studies in health science and in business administration. Also, accomplished with a Doctorate in Public Health (specialization Epidemiology).

Redefining “Aging a Beautiful Continuum" is Living an Independent Lifestyle's (LIL) mantra. LIL aims to revolutionize our perception of aging, presenting aging as a forward-looking concept. LIL intends to reshape the aging trajectory by introducing innovative perspectives and forward-thinking thought processing. LIL starts by reintroducing individual concepts like A, B, and C, reimagining the foundation for a new approach to the aging demographics.
